📋 Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs: In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Optionally add water or milk.
  2. Heat the pan: Use a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add butter or oil.
  3. Cook the omelette: Pour in the eggs, tilt the pan to coat evenly.
  4. Add fillings: Add fillings when edges set but center is slightly runny.
  5. Fold and serve: Fold omelette over fillings, cook 1 more minute, then serve.
